We heard a lot of good and interesting stories about the German Shepherd. This is an extremely intelligent, loyal and brave dog breed. They are often trained in the army which  went to save many people in the earthquake. Or this is the touching story of a German Shepherd dog that saved a woman’s life from a car accident.

The person saved by the dog was Ms. Shannon Lorio. She was very emotional when recounting the moment between her life and death. After an argument with her husband, Shannon Lorio left, she drove on winding, windy and wooded roads. People around tend to talk on the street,  should go at a safe speed.  because she was so angry, she drove too fast. And the bad thing happened, she had a car accident, which happened while she was driving down Dunn Road in South Georgia. Dunn Road, also known as Nascar Road, is famous for speeding drivers on it. Shannon knew this but that didn’t stop her that day. The road had many twists and turns, but she was still running so fast that she couldn’t stop in time. The car overturned, it knocked her out of the driver’s seat, threw her out of the back seat, and no one could see her on the road she entered.

She said, after waking up, she was very confused as to where she was and felt pain in her whole body, she realized there was breathing sound and something on her face. Paying closer attention, she noticed a German Shepherd was licking her face… German Shepherd Dog helping woman after a car accident The dog jumped onto the back of the car and pulled her out of the car, grabbing her shirt and blouse her coat and pulling with all his  might. The dog really pulled and didn’t give up. The dog continued to drag her to the edge of the pedestrian street. Shannon then used the dog to help her up and just in time a car stopped just before she lost consciousness again. The dog then returned to the forest where the accident happened and left.

She was taken to the hospital in time. She woke up and the doctor diagnosed her with a brain bleed and was still unsure if surgery was needed, further monitoring was needed but luckily she didn’t have to. She was finally able to return home to complete her recovery.

She never thought that she would escape death because the person who helped her was a German shepherd. The dog helped her light up hope in life and appreciate life more. The dog has become the symbol of a true hero, but not every dog can do that. She is very grateful to the dog.It turned out that the dog was lost and was brought to the humane society. He was adopted by a dog search and rescue trainer, Heidy Drawdy, who is currently training him to find people in the woods. He trains every day in the very forest he saved in Shannon and he likes it.He is doing great .Heidy hopes by the end of this year he will be certified as a city search and rescue dog so he is ready for duty . Sure, after the course will help him save more lives. He is a wonderful and admirable and proud dog. He deserves to be cared for, taught and protected and to be an excellent dog in his profession. We love him so much, everyone will continue to work with him and give him a wonderful home.
